Client accounts. If you become a client, additional information is collected and governed by your client agreements. The client portal is a separate system with its own login; information you submit there is protected under your client agreements and this policy.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We share personal information only as needed to deliver our services and run our business: with service providers who work on our behalf (for example, the IRA custodian on your account, state filing agents, and the providers that host our website, email, and client portal); when required by law, subpoena, or regulatory request; and in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or sale, in which case this policy would continue to apply to your information.
If you opt in to receive email from us, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any message or by emailing us. If you provide your phone number, we may call or text you about your inquiry or account; reply STOP to opt out of texts.
